A woman gets on a bus, and the bus driver exclaims, “That’s the ugliest baby I’ve ever seen!”
Angrier than she’s ever been, she storms to the back of the bus and sits next to a man who is reading the newspaper.
He noticed the woman was visibly upset and asked her what was wrong.
She says, “That bus driver just insulted me and my family!”
So the man says, “Well, that’s just terrible! You go up there and give him a piece of your mind. Go ahead! I’ll hold your monkey for you.”
Explanation: A bus driver insults a woman by calling her baby ugly. Upset, she tells another passenger, who encourages her to confront the driver. But his offer to “hold your monkey” twists the knife further, turning sympathy into a second, funnier insult.
